This policy covers the CEES Ads Analyzer local tool and this public product website. The maintainer can be contacted at ceeslucys@gmail.com. The tool is intended for authorized advertising account managers. This website does not provide an online account sign-in, accept tokens or publish account reports.
2. 访问的数据与权限2. Data accessed and permissions
在账户负责人授权后，本地工具可访问 Google Ads 账户标识、账户币种及时区、广告系列和广告组设置、广告内容及落地页地址、转化动作配置、关键词及匹配方式、否定关键词、Google 可披露的搜索词，以及消耗、曝光、点击、转化数量和转化价值等汇总指标。工具不需要客户的 Google 密码、支付卡信息或终端广告用户的个人资料。Google 授权流程可能提供 OAuth 访问令牌或刷新令牌，用于维持已授权连接。Google Ads OAuth 权限可能具备广告管理能力；工具支持的写入动作仍以用户明确批准的范围和执行校验为准。
With authorization from the account owner, the local tool may access Google Ads account identifiers, currency and time zone; campaign and ad-group settings; ad content and landing-page URLs; conversion-action settings; keywords and match types; negative keywords; search terms made available by Google; and aggregate spend, impressions, clicks, conversion counts and conversion values. The tool does not require the user's Google password, payment-card details or individual ad users' profiles. The Google authorization flow may supply OAuth access or refresh tokens to maintain the authorized connection. The Google Ads OAuth permission may allow advertising management; supported writes remain subject to the user's explicit approval and execution checks.

Data is used to produce account reports and performance analyses, check keyword coverage and negative conflicts, prepare recommendations for review, and execute and verify explicitly approved keyword actions. Historical data and change records support evaluations of subsequent performance. Appearing in a candidate report does not authorize an addition, negative keyword or other advertising change. The tool does not sell Google API data or use it for data brokerage, unrelated audience profiling or building general-purpose AI training datasets.

When a user chooses ChatGPT or another AI assistant, advertising data, search terms or report excerpts needed for that request may be provided to the selected service. Such transfers should occur with informed user authorization and in accordance with applicable Google API policies. The third party's retention and use are governed by its terms, privacy policy, account type and the user's data controls, which should be checked before transmission. This tool does not replace those controls. Google processes authorization and API requests. Cloudflare hosts this public website and may process IP addresses, browser information and request logs for delivery, operations and security. Public advertising evidence used for brand research is identified separately from non-public account metrics.

Account snapshots, analysis databases, HTML reports, audit records, backups and authorization configuration are stored in the local environment running the tool. Authorization credentials are not included in this website's public deployment package or displayed on its pages. The tool communicates with Google APIs over HTTPS and constrains supported writes through account scoping, pre-execution checks, send records and result verification. The environment owner manages access to the device, files and backups. Local reports, credentials and databases should not be deployed publicly. This static website has no advertising pixels or visitor-analytics scripts and sets no application cookies for advertising tracking; the host may operate its own security and logging mechanisms.
6. 保留、撤销与删除6. Retention, revocation and deletion
本地数据和操作记录会保留在用户管理的设备及备份中，直到相应副本被删除；本版本没有统一的自动到期清除期限。用户可在 Google 账户的第三方连接中撤销应用访问，并移除本地授权配置。撤销访问会影响后续 API 连接，但不会自动删除已有本地数据或撤回已完成的广告修改。删除数据时应一并检查报表、数据库、导出文件和备份。可通过联系邮箱获取本地删除指引；不要通过邮件发送密码或授权令牌。已主动发送给第三方服务的数据副本，需按该服务提供的方式另行管理。
Local data and change records remain on the user-managed device and its backups until those copies are deleted. This version has no single automatic expiry period for all stored data. Users can revoke access through Google Account third-party connections and remove local authorization configuration. Revocation affects future API access but does not automatically erase local data or undo completed advertising changes. Deletion should include reports, databases, exports and backups as appropriate. Contact the maintainer for local deletion guidance; do not email passwords or authorization tokens. Copies intentionally sent to a third-party service must be managed separately through that service.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. The maintainer will update this policy for material changes to data use or processing and obtain renewed authorization where required.
